here should be the document content in rich text format. You can just duplicate version 1.0 and update it or copy paste a content of a word document.
Tips:
When using Chrome, paste text without formatting. If pasted with formatting, sometimes Chrome leaves out spaces.
When copying larger documets with complex structure and formatting, copy by smaller parts. Webflow does not match formatting 1:1 so its important to correct the formatting manually.
Keep the version of the file in the "Name" field (first field in "Basic info". This name is not displayed on a page, and helps to identify the correct, most up to date version of the document.
To add a new version of the document make a new document in webflow. Do not just change the previsou version. This way you will have the complete archive of your past documents at your disposal and also allow your users to find said documents as well.
